General Information
- We require a 24 hour notice to canvel without charge. You will be charged 50% if lesss that of 24 hours and 100% if you “no show” without calling to notify us.
- We are not responsible for lost items, please keep valuables at home.
- Please turn off cellphones upon visit.
- Some spa treatments may not be suitable for you if you have certain health issues. Please discuss with staff at time of booking so we may be able to help you with appropriate choices.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment. This will give you time to fill out your intake form. Your treatment must end at the right time so that the next guest may begin promptly.
- Any unused treatments an / or treatments after membership has been cancelled will be forfeited.
